Responsibilities

Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and memoranda on ongoing cases
Support discovery work, including document review and preparation
Assist with trial preparation and case strategy projects
Attend and observe depositions, hearings, mediations, and attorney conferences
Participate in client or witness preparation under attorney supervision
Collaborate with attorneys and clerks across practice groups and offices nationwide

Qualification

Required

Current law students or recent graduates from an ABA-accredited law school
Strong academic credentials with excellent writing, research, and analytical skills
Interest in litigation, advocacy, and gaining hands-on legal experience
