Territory Business Manager
electroCore, Inc. is dedicated to helping patients suffering from pain and chronic conditions through innovative treatments. The Territory Business Manager will lead and engage with a sales force to drive revenue and build relationships with healthcare providers in their territory.

Responsibilities
Effectively navigate accounts (headache centers, key institutions, and group practices) to drive optimal results
Provides superior guidance, mentoring, coaching and feedback for the 1099 sales force in assigned territory to penetrate and drive revenue within the VA ecosystem and strengthen their overall sales performance
Understand goals and identify/bridge gaps in productivity at both the individual and team level
Implement total account calls including HCPs and decision makers within accounts
Discover and address account needs with the most advantageous solutions
Cultivate Influential Partnerships by developing meaningful relationships based on electroCore’s values and strategic initiatives that positively impact all customers (internal and external)
Drive for Results by setting high goals; monitoring progress toward goals; tenaciously working to meet/exceed goals

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent experience
1 (One)+ years of outside sales experience
Ability to influence and credibility to engage internal and external customers
High degree of emotional intelligence with ability to connect with people and build strong relationships, internally and externally
Ability to travel overnight when needed, 50+%
