Responsibilities
Lead the entire project lifecycle for Salesforce implementation and enhancements, including defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics
Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure project alignment with organizational objectives
Coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and business analysts, often using Agile or Waterfall methodologies
Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating to senior management when necessary to keep projects on track
Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets, providing regular status reports and presentations to stakeholders and senior management
Oversee quality assurance (QA) and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities and help facilitate end-user training and support to drive platform adoption
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including detailed project plans, technical design documents, and user reference guides
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management within the IT industry
Proven experience in managing Salesforce implementation projects from inception to completion
Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall
Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and its capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira and Microsoft Project)
Familiarity with data migration, integrations, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong planning, organization, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification
Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant certification
