They are seeking a Part-Time HR Coordinator to support the Human Resources department with various administrative and operational tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes within the organization.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative/clerical support to the HR department

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, job details, and benefits

Support in the organization and maintenance of HR records, ensuring adherence to data privacy regulations and company policies

Assist with the recruitment process which may include posting job openings, and scheduling interviews

Work together with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires

Help coordinate and assist with All Staff and Department Head Meetings, including set up and strike, catering, etc., team-building activities, and employee events

Provide information to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs

Generate HR reports as required, including employee headcount, turnover, and other HR metrics

Actively look for ways to contribute and support the team, consistently anticipating needs and taking initiative without prompting

Required

High school graduate or equivalent

Minimum of two years of experience in an administrative or HR-related role

Strong organizational and time management skills

Must have excellent verbal and writing skills

Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy

Ability to meet deadlines and follow through

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently

The ability to deal well with people from all walks of life

Preferred

Knowledge of HR processes, employment laws, and regulations
