Technical Sales Manager
Enventure Global Technology Inc. is a global leader in downhole solutions, and they are seeking a results-driven Technical Sales Manager to join their team. The role involves driving revenue growth, promoting Enventure technologies, and managing client relationships in the oil and gas sector.
Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth by developing new customer accounts and nurturing existing relationships
Promote and introduce cutting-edge Enventure technologies to the market
Deliver impactful technical presentations and client sessions
Build strategic account plans and manage client pipelines using our CRM platform
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to forecast and support project execution
Ensure timely billing, collections, and overall commercial performance
Represent Enventure at industry events and customer meetings
Qualification
Required
5+ years of sales experience in drilling or completions with a solid track record
Strong existing client network across Permian Basin and beyond
Deep understanding of downhole completion hardware and techniques
Knowledge of the liner hanger market and completion practices
Confidence in matching customer challenges with technical solutions
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Commercial acumen to balance profitability with client success
Strong organization, strategic thinking, and drive to exceed goals
Willingness to travel to meet client and operational needs
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Business
Prior hands-on technical experience in a service company or E&P operator
