Responsibilities

Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise beauty and personal care accounts, driving revenue through upsell, cross-sell, and long-term partnership development
Identify and win new strategic enterprise clients through targeted outreach, industry relationships, and selective event participation
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing consultative recommendations across packaging, applicators, tools, and sourcing programs
Build and execute strategic account plans aligned with client priorities, budgets, and growth targets
Develop trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across procurement, sourcing, and brand teams
Partner cross-functionally to scope, launch, and deliver programs with strong operational execution
Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM reporting
Monitor market and competitive trends and translate insights into growth strategies

Required

7+ years of B2B sales and/or enterprise account management experience
Proven success growing complex, multi-stakeholder accounts and developing new enterprise relationships
Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior decision-makers
Experience selling solutions rather than single products
Highly organized, self-directed, and accountable for results
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Comfortable working cross-functionally in fast-moving environments
Proficiency with CRM tools, Excel, and PowerPoint
High attention to detail and follow-through
