Responsibilities

Translate creative concepts and briefs into clear, executable production plans
Ensure all productions are delivered on time, in full, and aligned with the creative vision
Own production logistics, shot lists, schedules, and budgets to drive efficiency and accountability
Serve as the on-set lead, managing talent, crew, and vendors during production
Create scalable, repeatable production processes that support high-quality and timely content creation across brands
Own end-to-end production planning for creative shoots, from pre-production through post-production handoff
Develop and manage detailed production schedules, shot lists, and run of show (ROS) documents
Create and manage production budgets, ensuring cost control and efficient resource allocation
Track, reconcile, and manage shoot-related expenses and payments to ensure production budgets are accurately maintained from start to finish
Identify risks, constraints, and dependencies early, proactively solving issues to keep productions on track
Prioritize competing and overlapping production timelines, balancing business needs, team capacity, and resource constraints
Source, book, and manage talent, including athletes, creators, models, and crew, in partnership with Creative and Marketing teams
Own, organize and maintain all talent usage rights, releases, licenses, expiration and renewal needs in partnership with Legal and Brand Teams
Identify, scout, and secure locations, handling logistics, permits, and on-site coordination as needed
Oversee sourcing and management of products samples, props, wardrobe, equipment, and production assets to support creative needs
Ensure all production requirements are met prior to shoot days, including talent releases, call sheets, and logistics
Organize and maintain talent paperwork and releases via shared drive and ensure timely payment of talent by coordinating with Accounts Payable (AP); following up as needed
Act as the primary point of contact on set for all productions, ensuring smooth execution and clear communication across teams
Manage production timelines on set, keeping shoots running efficiently and aligned with the schedule and creative vision
Coordinate with Creative Director, photographers/videographers, talent, Brand Marketing team and crew to resolve issues in real time
Ensure adherence to brand standards, safety protocols, and production best practices
Responsible for managing talent riders (as requested) and team onsite food and beverage (where applicable)
Partner closely with the Creative Director to ensure production execution aligns with creative intent
Lead Production Kick Off calls and subsequent meetings with key stakeholders to keep projects on track and ensure alignment
Collaborate with brand marketing, social, and digital teams to align production plans with campaign needs and deliverables
Manage external vendors, freelancers, and production partners as needed
Support post-production workflows by ensuring assets are delivered accurately and on schedule

Required

3-5 years of experience as a Producer or Production Manager (brand, agency, or production-side)
Hands-on experience managing photo and video shoots end to end
Experience managing budgets, schedules, timelines, and vendors
Comfort working cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and external partners
Strong understanding of photo and video production workflows
Exceptional organizational and project management skills
Ability to manage multiple productions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and leadership skills, especially in on-set environments
Comfort balancing creative vision with operational constraints
Detail-oriented with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Bachelor's degree in Film, Production, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred
Visual Abilities: Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus, read reports, create presentations and use a computer system
Hearing: Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers, vendors, and customers
Dexterity, Grasping, Feeling: Write, type and use the telephone, copier, and computer systems
Mobility: Open files and operate office machines; move between departments and attend meetings
Talking: Frequently convey detailed or important instructions and ideas accurately, loudly, or quickly
Lifting, Pulling, Pushing: Exert up to 20 pounds of force occasionally with or without reasonable accommodations
Predictable attendance on site
Using a standard computer keyboard and monitor

Preferred

Experience producing content for social, digital, and eCommerce channels preferred
Background in sports, fitness, or performance-driven brands a plus
