Account Executive
PFM is a recognized national leader in providing financial and consulting advice to public sector and institutional entities. The Account Executive will actively seek and close customer engagements for Synario, managing a sales pipeline and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
Manage your own assigned account based and/or segment-based sales pipeline
Work closely with our marketing team and Sales Engineers to drive qualified leads into your funnel through direct outreach and inbound marketing
Manage prospecting campaigns, conferences, and other events
Drive and manage the sales process
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes
Report activity consistently and accurately to management
Qualification
Required
At least five (5) years of experience in B2B software sales
Experience leading a consultative, relationship-based sales process that helps prospects discover value and fit within their organization
Authorization to work in the U.S. for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred
Ability to engage and motivate C-level executives
Ability to handle complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders
A deep understanding of software usage and pain points
Ability to be coached, acknowledge strengths and weaknesses, and seek and respond to feedback
Higher education, public utility or other public sector technology sales experience preferred
