They are seeking a Risk Analyst to support risk management programs, facilitate risk identification, and monitor risk management issues while maintaining strong communication with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

Assist in facilitating the identification of risks throughout the organization

Monitor, report risk management issues, and develop methodologies for the assessment of risks

Maintain organization, provide excellent customer service, and maintain open communication with internal and external customers

Compile data from various platforms to identify and analyze operating companies’ exposure to risk

Identify, investigate, and resolve potential risks by determining trends and recommend means to reduce or mitigate risk based on organizational risk tolerance

Create, review, and provide claims analytical dashboards to company, divisional, and departmental leads

Work collaboratively with individuals within the Risk Department and other departments and divisions (Safety, Finance, IT, etc.) to develop processes, systems, and metrics to improve the overall risk profile of Michels

Required

High school diploma or GED, 1 -3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

The ability to compile data from various platforms to identify and analyze operating companies' exposure to risk

Identify, investigate, and resolve potential risks by determining trends and recommend means to reduce or mitigate risk based on organizational risk tolerance

Create, review, and provide claims analytical dashboards to company, divisional, and departmental leads
