Mid, Senior LevelCitizens Advice is looking for a Finance Manager to join the newly formed Citizens Advice North East Kent. The role involves providing comprehensive financial management services to ensure effective operations and compliance, while playing a key role in supporting organizational change during a significant merger.

Responsibilities
Provide a full financial management service
Ensure Citizens Advice North East Kent operates effectively and is compliant with all legal and sector requirements
Ensure that accurate and timely financial information is produced for the Chief Executive Officer, the Senior Leadership Team and Board of Trustees
Overseeing the financial monitoring and reporting of our newly formed organisation
Ensuring robust financial management throughout the transition and beyond
Ensure the sharing of financial knowledge and reports amongst senior colleagues so that they can understand financial implications of decisions
Qualification
Required
Experience in financial management
Knowledge of legal and sector requirements related to finance
Ability to produce accurate and timely financial information
Experience in overseeing financial monitoring and reporting
Strong communication skills to share financial knowledge with senior colleagues
Ability to work in a remote setting and in various geographic locations
