Responsibilities
Implement, configure, and customize Actimize modules including AIS, RCM, IFM, SAM, and STAR
Develop and customize:
Alerts, cases, dashboards, and reports
Rules, workflows, DART layouts, and UI components
Write custom Java plugins and complex SQL queries
Integrate Actimize with enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and message queues
Work closely with Business Analysts, Compliance teams, and QA in an Agile environment
Debug, troubleshoot, and provide production support
Prepare technical design documents, installation guides, and KT documentation
Optimize system performance, scalability, and efficiency
Qualification
Required
6–8 Years of experience
Designs, builds, and maintains financial crime prevention solutions (AML, Fraud, Trade Surveillance) using NICE Actimize
Configuration, custom development (Java, SQL), rule and workflow development, system integration (APIs)
Close collaboration with compliance and business teams to meet regulatory requirements
Implement, configure, and customize Actimize modules including AIS, RCM, IFM, SAM, and STAR
Develop and customize alerts, cases, dashboards, and reports
Develop rules, workflows, DART layouts, and UI components
Write custom Java plugins and complex SQL queries
Integrate Actimize with enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and message queues
Work closely with Business Analysts, Compliance teams, and QA in an Agile environment

Strong hands-on experience with NICE Actimize modules: RCM, AIS, IFM, SAM, STAR
Solid domain knowledge in AML, KYC, Fraud / Financial Crime / Trade Surveillance
Strong SQL and Java (for custom plugins)
Experience with scripting
Database: Oracle / MS SQL Server
Application servers: WebSphere, Tomcat
Experience in rule workflow development and system configuration
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a team-oriented Agile environment
High adaptability and ownership mindset
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
