Responsibilities
Adapts existing methods and procedures to create alternative solutions to moderately complex problems
Understands the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals
Uses own judgment to determine optimal solution to recommend
Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor or teams leads. Generally, interacts with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture
Determines methods and procedures on new assignments with minimal guidance
Decisions often impact the team in which they reside and occasionally impact other teams
Manages medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of experience with a leading Time & Attendance product such as WorkForce Software
Minimum of 4 years of experience in implementing or training on a packaged software system or highly complex internally developed application
Minimum of 3 years of experience with business applications, such as Excel or DBMS systems
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent (minimum 6 years work experience)
Preferred
Familiarity with business applications such as Excel with a heavy reliance on mathematical formulas and macros
Experience with SQL and writing queries
Experience in a 3GL or 4GL language
Logical and technical mindset for analyzing problems and identifying root causes
Knowledge of HR, Payroll, or Time and Attendance, preferred
