Responsibilities
Leading and managing Human Resources technology solutions and project initiatives across the organization
Overseeing HR systems strategy, implementation, and optimization
Ensuring technology effectively supports HR operations, compliance, and organizational goals
Partnering closely with HR Centers of Excellence, IT, and business units to deliver process improvements, system integrations, and data-driven solutions that enhance HR service delivery and employee experience
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Information Systems/Technology, or related field
Education equivalency equals two years of directly related professional experience for every year of education not completed. The stated experience is in addition to any experience used to meet the education equivalency
Five years of progressive experience in Human Resources with a focus on HR Technology, systems administration, and/or project management
Two years of experience leading HR system implementations or upgrades
Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and collaborate with IT and business stakeholders
Preferred
Experience managing system integrations, data governance, and HR analytics
Experience in public sector or utilities environment
SHRM CP/SCP and/or HRCI PHR/SPHR certification
PMP, PgMP, CAPM, and/or comparable project management certification
