Responsibilities

Implement| configure| and customize Actimize modules (AIS| RCM| IFM| SAM| STAR) for AML| fraud| and trade surveillance
Write custom plugins (Java)| complex SQL| and create rules| workflows| DART layouts| and UI elements
Integrate Actimize with other enterprise systems using APIs| web services| and message queues
Work with business analysts| compliance officers| and QA testers in Agile environments to define requirements and deliver solutions
Debug| resolve issues| and provide support for production environments
Create technical designs| installation guides| and knowledge transfer materials
Enhance system performance| scalability| and efficiency

Required

10+ Years of experience
Proven experience with Actimize (RCM| AIS| SAM| IFM| STAR) and financial crime domains (AML| KYC| Fraud)
Strong SQL knowledge
Java knowledge (for plugins)
Scripting knowledge
Database knowledge (Oracle| MS-SQL)
Familiarity with application servers (WebSphere| Tomcat)
Excellent communication (written| verbal) skills
Problem-solving skills
Analytical skills
Teamwork skills
Adaptability
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
