Vice President of Sales
Metric Bio is an established, growth-stage business in the digital pathology and diagnostics field, seeking a senior U.S. commercial leader. The role involves owning and scaling national revenue, leading the transition to a technology-enabled platform, and managing complex enterprise sales while building a high-performing commercial team.
Responsibilities
Own and scale national revenue for an established, growth-stage business
Lead the transition from traditional pathology services to a technology-enabled, AI-augmented digital platform
Personally lead complex enterprise sales and build executive relationships with laboratory leadership
Scale a high-performing commercial team over the next 12–24 months
Qualification
Required
Deep understanding of U.S. pathology workflows
Experience with TC/PC and reimbursement economics
Track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
Experience building and leading teams in growth environments
Ability to lead complex enterprise sales
Experience building executive relationships with laboratory leadership
Experience scaling a high-performing commercial team
