Mid, Senior LevelClear Ridge Defense is seeking a TS/SCI cleared professional to support as a Program Manager. The role involves overseeing contract execution, managing risks, leading teams, and serving as a primary contact with government customers to ensure mission success.

Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of contract execution, ensuring mission success while managing cost, schedule, risk, and performance
Lead a team of section leads and subcontractor teammates to deliver the required monthly contract outputs, including a Monthly Status Report (MSR)
Identify any risks and issues, track them, and propose effective mitigations for resolution
Work closely with company recruiting and subcontractor leadership to identify qualified backfills and support hiring efforts
Serve as a primary point of contact with government customers and contracting officers
Provide clear and concise presentations to senior government and corporate leadership
Drive operational excellence and process improvement within contract management
Internally, participate on our company's Leadership Team to have visibility and involvement with all business development and corporate lines of effort
Qualification
Required
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
A Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
An ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic workplace
A deep understanding of USMC cyberspace operations and mission
Strong background in defense contracting and program execution
Strong leadership and team management experience in military operations and/or government contracting
