Responsibilities

Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)
Build and customize workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations within ServiceNow
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Support ServiceNow platform upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing optimization
Troubleshoot production issues and provide continuous support for ServiceNow ITSM modules
Utilize strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, and Flow Designer for development tasks
Implement and manage integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
Communicate effectively and work collaboratively within a team and with clients

Required

4–7 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
ServiceNow CSA certification
strong ITSM implementation background
