Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance team
Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures
Ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner
Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues
Manage maintenance budgets and control costs
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Train and mentor maintenance staff
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
Qualification
Required
Food or food packaging manufacturing maintenance experience required
Supervisory or team lead experience required
Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic equipment required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required
Minimum of 5 years of industrial machine maintenance experience required
Food Manufacturing Equipment Maintenance Experience Required
Proven experience as a maintenance supervisor or in a similar role is a must
Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and systems
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using maintenance management software
High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification is a plus
