Responsibilities
Act as a strategic financial advisor to senior regional leadership
Drive regional financial performance through robust planning, forecasting, and analysis
Lead all FP&A activities across the LAC region
Analyze business performance, financial trends, and market dynamics to identify growth and efficiency opportunities
Develop and execute the regional financial strategy, aligned with global objectives
Oversee budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-term planning cycles
Present consolidated regional financial results and insights to senior stakeholders
Support financial due diligence for strategic partnerships and investments
Lead finance transformation initiatives, including process automation and systems enhancement
Strengthen reporting accuracy, speed, and data-driven decision-making
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing regional finance team
Qualification
Required
8+ years of progressive experience in finance, FP&A, or related disciplines
Proven experience operating at senior leadership level in lean, fast-paced environments
Strong track record in budget ownership and financial delivery
Experience within international, matrixed organizations
Advanced skills in FP&A tools, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
Background in consumer, hospitality, retail, food & beverage, or franchised business models is highly valued
Preferred
Exposure to OneStream, Tableau, SQL, or VBA is a plus
