Define, manage, and evolve a catalog of ServiceNow service offerings aligned to market trends and ServiceNow product strategy

Lead go-to-market planning, alliances, and partner collaboration to expand market position

Enable Sales, Presales, and Delivery teams with repeatable assets, SOW guidance, and scalable delivery models

Support pipeline development, executive-level customer engagements, and strategic pursuits

Drive thought leadership, market analysis, and portfolio performance metrics

Ability to travel up to 25%
