Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, phone, and direct messages (Instagram, etc.)
Handle all aspects of service including shipping, returns, repairs, exchanges, and post-purchase follow-up
Maintain and update customer service templates to ensure accuracy and brand tone
Support and maintain the loyalty program, including member inquiries, rewards fulfillment, and program updates
Provide styling support or product guidance when needed to elevate the customer experience
Lead VIP outreach and proactive relationship management
Track and report on common customer pain points and feedback trends
Research, recommend, and implement an AI-supported customer service tool to streamline workflows, automate responses, and improve efficiency
Support on-site brand events and activations, including setup, sales support, and breakdown
Act as the primary liaison between customer service, operations, and production
Flag recurring issues and customer pain points to relevant teams
Step in to support operational workflows during peak periods or team absences
Hold keyholder responsibilities and help maintain office organization
Assist the President with personal tasks, including managing friends and family orders
