Already advise CEOs, presidents, and boards
Want to apply that experience to real growth challenges
Prefer influence without operational burden or fiduciary exposure
Value learning alongside other senior advisors
Want upside that is aligned to real value creation
Benefits
7% commission on collected revenue from new accounts you originate
5% trailing commission on upsell and renewal revenue for 24 months
Client-Specific Equity Participation (select accounts)
Opportunity-specific participation in long-term value creation or exit outcomes
Typically structured at approximately ½ year of account profit
Issued at the client or SPV level only (not governance equity)
Optional advisory or consulting retainers for deeper involvement retained by client (by mutual agreement)
