Responsibilities
Own delivery of a 12+ month roadmap for clinical data exchange and network migration initiatives
Lead API and integration migrations from legacy clinical data exchange networks to modern platforms
Coordinate across external networks, internal engineering teams, and business stakeholders
Manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and delivery plans end-to-end
Drive testing, operational readiness, and successful go-lives
Communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in product, project, or program management
Proven success leading technical delivery and complex migration efforts
Experience in healthcare IT, interoperability, or clinical data exchange
Strong stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills
Ability to work autonomously in a highly matrixed, fast-moving environment
Preferred
Experience with clinical data exchange networks (e.g., CommonWell, Carequality, eHealth Exchange)
Familiarity with interoperability standards (CCD/CCDA, IHE, API-based exchange)
Exposure to FHIR-based implementations
