Experiential Graphic Designer, Mid-level
Inventure is an award-winning design and architecture firm that focuses on creating spaces that empower people and solve their problems. They are seeking an Experiential Graphic Designer who will be responsible for producing design concepts and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver complex projects, from signage to fully branded spaces.

Responsibilities
Responsible for producing appropriate design concepts and collaborating with fast-paced interdisciplinary teams of architects, interior designers and graphic designers to deliver projects ranging from complex signage and wayfinding to fully branded spaces
Ability to communicate clearly and work as part of a collaborative team
Demonstrate understanding of overall EGD principles, produce architectural signage design concepts, participating in projects from conception to completion
Participate in internal and external meetings, presentations, client meetings
Plays a supportive role in marketing efforts, assisting in the development of strategic, design presentation materials and client presentations, and nurtures client relationships
Participate in the documentation and management of projects during fabrication and installation; undertake site visits, field measurements and punch lists
Effectively coordinates with contractors, vendors, partners and consultants throughout the design process
Reviews work and shop drawings for accuracy, omissions, legibility and for document compliance
Understands various code requirements in regards to signage in the built environment
Ability to work closely with design leadership to promote an interdisciplinary design philosophy and to facilitate its advancement both inside and outside the firm
Proactively seeks out project opportunities and prospects
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of experience in environmental graphics and brand experiential design
BA or BFA degree in at least one of the following disciplines is required: graphic design, industrial design, architecture, interior design, or similar
In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator with CAD Tools, Photoshop and InDesign
Knowledge of the process of programming for Signage and Wayfinding; experience with Pages / Numbers
Functional knowledge of conceptual modeling tools such as SketchUp
Proficient in iOS/Apple ecosystem
Exceptional design sense—adept at developing creative design concepts, storytelling strategies and branding as well as having the technical knowledge to prepare documentation and artwork for 3D/EGD, print or digital applications
Knowledge of the process of developing environmental design and wayfinding solutions
Excellent communication skills
Ability to contribute to complex, multifaceted projects with awareness of general financial stewardship and demanding project schedules
Experience in reading and working with architectural documentation
