Datacenter Technician

Sendblue is seeking a Datacenter Technician to support their growing infrastructure by managing hardware deployment, maintenance, and operational reliability within their datacenter environment. The ideal candidate will be hands-on and detail-oriented, working with both hardware and software in a fast-paced technical setting.

Responsibilities

Setting up and provisioning new hardware
Maintaining and troubleshooting existing equipment
Responding to hardware and software incidents
Following documented processes to mitigate and resolve issues
Owning the full device lifecycle, from deployment to decommissioning
Managing and tracking inventory
Communicating with engineering and operations teams to ensure hardware uptime
Escalating issues when necessary to minimize downtime

Computer hardwareOperating systemsTime managementCommunication skillsFluent in English

Required

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
Strong time management and communication skills
Basic understanding of computer hardware and operating systems
Comfortable working with physical equipment in a datacenter environment
Fluent in English
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no H-1B sponsorship available)
