Responsibilities

Assist with AOM deployment activities across AMMM programs
Help monitor adherence to AOM processes and standards
Provide basic guidance, documentation updates, and coordination support
Support the collection, tracking, and reporting of Annual Improvement Plan actions
Maintain AIP documentation and assist with preparation for reviews
Coordinate with action owners to gather updates and status
Assist with COSMOS training sessions, onboarding, and user support
Help maintain tool documentation and training materials
Support adoption and consistent use of COSMOS across AMMM programs
Assist with Investor Relations Report (IRR) data collection and preparation
Support Program Plan updates and documentation
Track Internal Audit Report (INAR) findings and help coordinate closure activities
Help maintain OBEYA room visuals, metrics, and action logs
Support meeting facilitation, setup, and cadence reviews
Ensure materials are current, accurate, and aligned with program needs
Provide coordination and administrative support for Strategy & Transformation initiatives
Assist with data collection, metric updates, and presentation development
Support additional tasks as assigned to enable AMMM transformation efforts

Required

Bachelor's degree or higher; or equivalent combination of experience/education
Foundational understanding of project management or process improvement concepts
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, Operations, or related field; or equivalent experience or Equivalent professional work will be evaluated in lieu of bachelors degree
Experience in aerospace, defense, or a highly regulated industry
Familiarity with the Aero Operating Model (AOM) or similar frameworks
Exposure to project management tools such as COSMOS, Jira, or MS Project
Experience supporting cross‑functional meetings or workshops
Basic understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement principles
Ability to analyze data and prepare clear, concise summaries or presentations
Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn new tools and processes
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
