Responsibilities
Daily monitoring of cash balances across a large number of U.S. bank accounts
Prepare daily and weekly cash position reports using established templates
Support short-term cash forecasting through data gathering and basic variance analysis
Identify and flag unusual or unexpected cash activity for review
Assist with bank account openings, closures, and ongoing maintenance
Maintain accurate bank account inventories, documentation, and signatory records
Support user access administration and periodic entitlement reviews
Prepare standard cash and banking reports for treasury and finance leadership
Support Accounting teams with bank reconciliations and research reconciling items
Assist in resolving bank errors, posting issues, and cash discrepancies
Perform routine activities within online banking platforms and treasury system (after implementation)
Support testing of system changes, banking updates, and process enhancements
Follow established treasury controls and procedures
Assist with audit documentation and evidence gathering
Participate in treasury-related projects and process improvement initiatives
Understand real estate joint venture structures and process to fund cash shortfalls
Assist with treasury system implementation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, treasury, banking, or a related role
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Basic to intermediate Excel skills
Ability to follow processes, meet deadlines, and manage routine tasks accurately
