Qualification
Required
4–8 years of experience in complex commercial and financial services litigation
Demonstrated experience handling class action lawsuits and real estate litigation
Admission to the New Jersey Bar (required)
Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
The ability to manage complex matters independently while working collaboratively with attorneys and clients
Preferred
Experience with title insurance matters (a plus)
Admission to the New York and/or Pennsylvania Bar (a plus)
