Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of electrical engineers focused on integrating electrical components and systems into products
Oversee the entire integration lifecycle, from initial design, prototyping, component selection, testing, validation, failure analysis, and final production release
Define and implement electrical architectures that optimize performance, reliability, and safety, while adhering to all relevant industry standards and regulations
Collaborate with other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment on project goals
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
Troubleshoot complex electrical integration issues and implement effective solutions

Required

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
Five years of experience in electrical engineering
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
