Manager, Strategic Initiatives & Organizational Development

UnlockLand is building an AI Operating System for Real Estate Development, enabling developers, investors, and asset managers to plan, manage, and optimize real estate projects with speed and precision. The Manager, Strategic Initiatives & Organizational Development will lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, employee engagement, and organizational readiness for scale.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end planning and execution of strategic organizational initiatives related to structure, systems, and performance
Partner with C-level and department leaders to align business goals with people strategy and operational frameworks
Build project governance models and success metrics for enterprise-wide transformation efforts
Design and implement organizational development programs focused on capability-building, cultural evolution, and change readiness
Oversee the implementation of change management strategies that drive adoption of new systems, tools, and workflows
Mentor and guide the Change Management Advisor and other team members in building UnlockLand’s change leadership culture
Establish metrics and dashboards to measure employee engagement, operational efficiency, and organizational effectiveness
Leverage data to identify patterns, gaps, and opportunities that inform strategic decisions
Partner with Finance and Operations to integrate people data into broader business intelligence frameworks
Develop programs that strengthen leadership effectiveness, internal mobility, and cross-team collaboration
Facilitate workshops, town halls, and communication initiatives that connect people to UnlockLand’s mission and values
Champion diversity, inclusion, and continuous learning as central elements of our culture

Required

7+ years of experience in strategic HR, organizational development, management consulting, or business transformation (preferably in tech, SaaS, or real estate industries)
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, HR, or a related field
Proven experience leading complex cross-functional projects from strategy through implementation
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills — comfortable influencing at all levels
Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, Lean Change, or Agile transformation frameworks)
Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools (Miro, Notion, or Smartsheet)
A growth mindset and the ability to thrive in an environment where innovation and ambiguity coexist
