Responsibilities

Participate in all phases of solution delivery—from requirements and design to development, testing, and deployment
Configure and extend solutions using the Quadient Inspire suite (Designer, Automation, Scaler, Interactive, and related modules)
Integrate Inspire-based solutions with client systems and data sources
Translate business and technical requirements into well-structured CCM implementations
Support documentation, testing, and troubleshooting during and after project delivery
Collaborate closely with senior consultants and project managers to ensure successful outcomes
Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and skill development initiatives

Required

Experience contributing to technical projects involving client interaction and requirements gathering
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage assigned tasks across multiple projects
Clear and professional communication skills—both written and verbal
Understanding of data structures, transformation, and integration concepts
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and authentication standards such as OAuth2 or SAML-based SSO
Exposure to web technologies (HTML, XML, JavaScript) and enterprise integration patterns
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and familiarity with DevOps or cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
Experience: 2+ years of experience in software implementation, integration, or consulting roles

Preferred

Experience with Quadient Inspire or similar CCM platforms (e.g., OpenText Exstream, Smart Communications)
Exposure to business process automation or digital communication projects
A collaborative mindset with curiosity and a desire to learn new technologies
