Responsibilities
Analyze and Provide Insight: Translate performance data into actionable insights, identifying trends, exceptions, and opportunities for improvement
Data-Driven Decision Support: Partner with City Directors to drive performance improvements and prioritize actions across teams and locations
Visualize and Present Data: Use tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Excel to create visually engaging outputs that clearly communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders
Collaborate and Lead: Work with the Reporting Manager to ensure data integrity and support the development of new reporting structures, dashboards, and predictive tools
Continuous Improvement: Enhance insight capabilities by testing new models and metrics to support data-driven decision-making across teams
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Data Analyst in fast-paced, commercial environments, with the ability to handle complex, multi-source datasets
Proficiency in data tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and SQL
Strong communication skills with the ability to turn complex data into clear narratives and compelling presentations
Action-oriented, commercially savvy, and focused on improving performance through data-driven decisions
Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset, dedicated to using data to influence and drive business outcomes
