Responsibilities
Responsible for production environment for both growth and restoration of critical business solutions where accountability is expected
Windows client (PC) hardware diagnostic and troubleshooting to find usability for production client environment
Responsibility of Windows client and Windows server data safe disposition prior to assets end of life cycle
Windows client understanding of basic Operating System principals, application installations, workstation/user windows domain policy, system registry and account management specific to the Windows Client environment
Networking configuration for Cisco network equipment and camera systems using Python or like scripting methods to restore or grow critical infrastructure components
Communicate with customer employee groups to build understanding of project requirements and apply or develop solutions to deliver on originally set expectations
Android device support to include applied network, operating system and applications as defined for the individual project
Process improvement workflow opportunities that automate daily tasks where possible with scripting technologies learned in classroom and applied in the workplace
Qualification
Required
College credits equivalent to one year toward an undergraduate degree
Basic time and project management skills
Basic organization and prioritization skills
Proficient verbal and written communication skills
Strong technical problem solving
