Qualification
Required
Strong design and creative expertise, including space planning, color theory, and material selection
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant tools
Excellent project management skills, including budget oversight, timeline management, and team leadership
Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with experience in client presentations and vendor negotiations
Keen attention to detail and ability to ensure quality in all design work
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field
Preferred
Professional certification and experience in luxury/high-end residential or commercial interior design is a plus
