Own full-cycle recruiting across executive and senior-level roles
Build strong, trusted partnerships with hiring managers and client leaders
Develop thoughtful search strategies, role profiles, and job descriptions
Proactively source, assess, and engage high-quality candidates
Lead screening, interviewing, and candidate evaluation
Manage and drive the offer process through close
Facilitate interview feedback, hiring discussions, and decision-making
Deliver a high-touch, positive experience for candidates and clients
Stay ahead of recruiting trends and continuously improve how we search
