Responsibilities

Lead and manage multifamily and mixed-use architecture projects from concept to completion

Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to establish project goals and expectations

Develop architectural designs and ensure compliance with zoning laws and building codes

Prepare and present project proposals to clients and stakeholders

Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely delivery and quality standards

Coordinate with consultants and contractors to facilitate seamless project execution

Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure design integrity

Mentor junior architects and staff, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle
