Account Executive (Inbound, Part-time)
Upscope is a growing SaaS company seeking an Account Executive to manage inbound sales and foster long-term customer relationships. The role involves handling sales from initial contact to closure, maintaining customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for account expansion.
Responsibilities
Own inbound sales opportunities from first touch to close
Run discovery calls and product demos that are tailored to each customer
Handle pricing conversations and negotiations within clear guardrails
Keep a healthy, well-managed pipeline of opportunities
Own relationships with a set of customers post-sale
Lead renewals and identify opportunities to expand accounts
Be the main commercial point of contact for your accounts
Proactively check in with customers to make sure they’re happy and seeing value
Provide support cover via Intercom (chat/email) during agreed periods
Work closely with product and customer ops to solve issues and improve the product
Share customer feedback, objections, and feature requests with the wider team
Keep CRM, account notes, and deal history up to date (nothing fancy - just accurate and useful)
Qualification
Required
2-6 years' experience in B2B SaaS sales, account management, or a hybrid role
Comfortable owning customer relationships from start to finish
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Commercially minded, but genuinely focused on long-term customer value
Organised, proactive, and happy juggling a few things at once
Preferred
Experience with Intercom, CRMs, and other customer-facing SaaS tools
