Responsibilities

Data Governance & Quality Management: Support all aspects of customer data quality, leveraging MDM tools to adjudicate issues and maintain strict adherence to defined SLAs

Process Optimization: Collaborate with stakeholders to refine ETL processes, business rules, and match/merge logic to improve data ingestion efficiency

Analytics & Monitoring: Design and implement new KPIs, metrics, and automated health checks to proactively monitor ongoing data quality

Problem Solving: Perform deep-dive root cause analysis on complex data discrepancies using advanced SQL

Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a technical consultant for client sponsors and stakeholders, articulating technical issues and resolutions in a clear, business-centric manner

Required

Proven experience with Reltio and mastering HCP/HCO (Healthcare Professional/Organization) data

Proficiency in Databricks and advanced Excel for data manipulation and reporting

Ability to write complex queries to investigate data lineage and quality issues

Strong understanding of healthcare data landscapes and the nuances of provider data

Ability to mentor team members and lead data quality projects from inception to completion

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence both technical teams and executive-level stakeholders
