Responsibilities

Supervise and complete materials and equipment requests

Manage and track inventory with strong attention to accuracy and detail

Handle outbound shipments, ensuring precise picking, packing, and labeling

Audit outbound shipments for compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Conduct inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies

Maintain QA data and report findings to management daily

Ensure timely deliveries in alignment with client Orientation dates

Adhere to safety protocols and support safe disposal of equipment

Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Provide troubleshooting support where appropriate

Utilize data entry systems for traceability and accuracy

Liaise daily with Inventory teams across the NORAM region

Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts as directed by the Site Lead

Coordinate shipping to NORAM and global locations

Support other projects as assigned by management
