The position will support the Education and Human Resource departments by performing various administrative tasks and ensuring orderly operations.

Responsibilities
Performs tasks requiring a high level of confidentiality, sound judgment, initiative, and extensive knowledge of the organizations functions and processes
Supports HR Manager and Education Director, assuring orderly operations to minimize manager's involvement or in his/her stead
Performs a variety of often high-level administrative tasks
Provides responsible clerical support
Collects, reviews, and prepares special and periodic reports
Writes and prepares correspondence
Operates computer, calculator and other related office machines
Handles confidential mail
Organizes company programs and activities
Qualification
Required
1-2 years of experience in a similar role or knowledge typically acquired through 2 years administrative studies or an Associate's degree
Work requires the demonstrated ability to read and write well enough to type, edit, and proof general business correspondence and prepare reports. Knowledge is typically acquired through 2 years administrative studies or an Associate's degree
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, which can be acquired through courses or previous job experience
Analytical skills and systematic work habits necessary in order to prepare reports, perform responsible office work, and support two managers
Demonstrated ability to be versatile, to be flexible and to plan when performing work and meeting deadlines
