This in-office role oversees NAV finalization, investor allocations, fee calculations, and performance reporting while partnering with third-party administrators and internal teams to support audits, regulatory reporting, and firm-wide initiatives.

Responsibilities
NAV Oversight & Finalization: Oversee fund NAV finalization, including P&L reconciliation and investor-level allocations across private fund structures
Administrator & Fee Management: Review third-party administrator work and reconcile management fees, carried interest, and incentive fee calculations in accordance with governing documents
Capital Activity & Accounts: Review capital calls, distributions, and investor capital account statements to ensure accuracy and completeness
Financial Statements & Audits: Prepare quarterly and annual U.S. GAAP financial statements and coordinate directly with external auditors
Reporting, Forecasting & Improvement: Deliver performance reporting and fund forecasts while partnering cross-functionally to support regulatory reporting and process enhancements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
5-10 years of progressive fund accounting experience within private equity, fund administration, or public and private accounting environments
Strong experience with private equity fund accounting, including NAV calculations, capital activity, and U.S. GAAP reporting
Advanced Excel proficiency required, with experience working alongside third-party fund administrators and reporting systems
Detail-oriented, analytical professional with strong communication and organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a collaborative mindset
