They are seeking a Governor's Summer Intern to assist with the development of the OPS SharePoint HUB and subsites, and to provide support in various technology-based projects within the Indiana Department of Environmental Management.

Responsibilities

Provide assistance with updating and development of OPS SharePoint Hubs
Create new or improved Power BI based reporting dashboards for CTAP, Clean Community, and Regional Performance Metrics
Update various OPS databases
Assistance with data management and migration
Create automation tools for various OPS activities utilizing Power Automate flows
Updating and creating technology-based user guides
Provide recommendations for the improved and expanded use of MS Teams for OPS programs
Other programmatic technology assistance, as necessary

Required

MS Power Platform tools and advanced technology knowledge, skills, and abilities
Critical thinking and visual process mapping skills required
Familiarity with Microsoft including SharePoint, Teams, MS Dynamics, Office, ArcGIS, etc
Ability to use databases and spreadsheets to analyze current and historic data
Effective planning and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate with others in a team environment
Ability to document process flows and mapping during project development

Preferred

The preferred potential work location is the SE Regional Office in Brownstown, with the option for Indianapolis for the ideal candidate
