Clark Public Utilities is seeking a Senior GIS Analyst/Developer to enhance their Geographic Information application. The role involves developing and maintaining geospatial databases, creating detailed maps and reports, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver tailored GIS solutions.

Responsibilities

Create, manage, and optimize ESRI’s geospatial databases and utility networks, ensuring data integrity and accuracy

Design and produce detailed maps, reports, and visualizations using ESRI’s ArcGIS API for JavaScript and .NET

Write and maintain scripts using standardized tools to automate GIS workflows and data processing tasks

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored GIS solutions

Administer, license, customize and perform regular maintenance on the full suite of ArcGIS products including ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Pro, and Arc GIS Enterprise

Ensure compatibility and integration of GIS solutions with enterprise systems and external platforms or data sources

Analyze spatial and non-spatial data to support decision-making and problem-solving

Required

Associates degree in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Computer Science, Information Technology, Environmental Science or related field with industry experience

Experience with platforms like ESRI's ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Pro, and database systems

Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of spatial data concepts

Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers

Strong analytical skills to interpret, assess, and integrate complex data from multiple sources

Demonstrated team experience working collaboratively to address shared goals

Excellent organizational skills, including working effectively in a self-directed environment
