Responsibilities
Work with FA’s to efficiently and accurately transfer clients, their business, and assets to Clients
Assist with ‘repapering’ accounts, transferring assets and opening brokerage accounts under the client’s umbrella
Ensure that paperwork is in good order within 24 hours according to 24-hour SLAs
Pull paperwork from multiple locations and accurately input that data into their systems
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail
Accurate data entry skills
Ability to pull paperwork from multiple locations
Accurate inputting of data into systems
Understanding of newly acquired Financial Advisors and their client base
Ability to ensure paperwork is in good order within 24 hours
