Required
3-6 years of full-time work experience in a software engineering position, preferably working directly on products or product platforms
Familiarity with backend system architecture and capable of designing reliable, scalable systems to meet functional requirements
Strong written communication skills - capable of communicating their understanding of a problem, relevant factors at play, and reasoning process in developing technical specifications to address critical business challenges
Capable of working cross-functionally with design, product managers, and operations roles
Preferred
Demonstrated track-record of mentorship for other engineers and contribution to team culture and process
