One Identity is a company that enables organizations to secure, manage, and analyze information and infrastructure. They are seeking a User Experience (UX) Designer to shape user experiences and work closely with Product Management to translate customer insights into intuitive design solutions.

Responsibilities

Partner with Product Managers to deeply understand customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints

Translate insights into clear design direction, wireframes, prototypes, and user journeys

Champion simplicity and usability across all touchpoints, advocating for elegant solutions to complex problems

Conducts usability tests (moderated/unmoderated)

Executes heuristic evaluations

Documents findings clearly and shares with project team

Supports prototype preparation for testing

Ensures usability requirements are captured in design tickets

Assists in accessibility review

Participates in design reviews, critique sessions, and cross-functional workshops to drive alignment and quality

Contributes to the evolution of our design processes, tools, and best practices to improve efficiency and impact

Required

3+ years of experience in UI/UX Product design, with experience in SaaS application design

Degree in UX Design or relevant professional experience

Proven ability to design for technical users of SaaS, B2B, and B2C platforms

Strong portfolio demonstrating UX design excellence across large web and/or Windows applications

Experience working closely with Product Management and Engineering in agile environments

Good communication and storytelling skills—able to articulate design rationale to diverse audiences

Familiarity with design systems and component libraries

Experience conducting user research or usability testing

Passion for accessibility and inclusive design

Preferred

Knowledge or experience in the Cybersecurity space, ideally with Identity and Access Management

Experience with tools like Figma, Confluence, Tetra Insights, UX Tweak, Survey Monkey, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
