Responsibilities
Provide essential administrative support to our exceptional project management team, ensuring seamless operations and efficient project execution
Play a pivotal role in bid activities, contributing to our success in securing new projects, and opportunities
Take charge of project documentation management, correspondence, and logs while ensuring the smooth flow of critical information
Facilitate seamless Subcontract/Purchase Order distribution and tracking as well as optimizing our procurement processes
Demonstrate your meticulous approach in handling compliance documentation and tracking while ensuring our adherence to industry standards
Be at the forefront of change management, document distribution, tracking and ensuring that projects remain on track and adaptable to evolving needs
Make a lasting impact by overseeing closeout documentation and ensuring projects are completed with precision and finesse
Manage project documentation archival, contributing to our knowledge base, and enhancing our organizational efficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required
Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative support role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Programs, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook, is required
Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering effective communication both verbally and in written form
Demonstrates the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail are essential
Proven ability to identify and mitigate risks, concerns, or inaccuracies
History of delivering excellent customer service
Embodies leadership, integrity, perseverance, reliability, respect, and self-discipline
