Serve as the CEO’s strategic partner for enterprise operations and organizational execution

Lead the delivery of medical travel services for children and families

Build sustainable operating models and performance systems

Ensure operational excellence, risk management, and compliance

Translate strategy into execution across the organization

Partner with the CEO on organizational strategy and execution

Lead enterprise operations and service delivery at a national scale

Establish operational KPIs, dashboards, and accountability systems

Drive consistency, quality, and performance across the organization

Build and lead high-performing operational teams

Set clear expectations, roles, and performance standards

Support change management and organizational transitions

Oversee operational planning, forecasting, and resource allocation

Ensure compliance with nonprofit, transportation, and risk standards
