Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable architecture solutions using Salesforce Health Cloud to meet client needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with technical solutions
Lead the implementation of Salesforce Health Cloud projects, ensuring best practices and compliance with industry standards
Provide technical guidance and support to development teams throughout the project lifecycle
Conduct system architecture reviews and provide recommendations for improvements and optimizations
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce Health Cloud features and industry trends to drive innovation
Facilitate training sessions and workshops for stakeholders to enhance their understanding of Salesforce Health Cloud capabilities
Document architectural designs, processes, and best practices for future reference
Qualification
Required
Strong expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud, including its features, functionalities, and best practices
Proficient in Salesforce platform architecture, data modeling, and integration techniques
Experience in designing and implementing healthcare solutions using Salesforce technologies
Solid understanding of healthcare industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirements
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Proven track record of successful project delivery in a Solution Architect role
Strong analytical skills with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks effectively
Preferred
Familiarity with other Salesforce products and services, such as Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Experience with integration tools and APIs, particularly in the healthcare domain
Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools within Salesforce
Certifications related to Salesforce Health Cloud or other relevant Salesforce certifications
