Responsibilities
Act as the primary technical reviewer for complex Tax Seniors and Associate workstreams
Lead high-value engagements from inception to filing, ensuring strict adherence to budgets and deadlines
Serve as a proactive advisor, providing year-round tax planning and consulting
Resolve intricate tax issues through collaborative, research-driven strategy
Cultivate the next generation of talent through direct mentorship and performance management
Qualification
Required
5+ years of progressive public accounting experience with a focus on technical review
Strong generalist background across C-Corps, Partnerships, and HNW/Trusts
Exposure to M&A or International tax is highly valued
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
CPA license is strongly preferred for Manager and required for Director-level roles
Proven ability to navigate fast-paced environments and manage multiple competing priorities
